低钠血症是指由某些因素引起血清钠<130mEq/L者,是新生儿期常见的电解质紊乱之一。引起低钠血症的原因有多种,而临床表现又颇似颅内出血或感染,易被忽略。病情发展可出现颅内高压、脑水肿、抽搐、昏迷,甚至脑疝形成而致死亡。本文对我科住院新生儿中30例低钠血症者进行临床分析,以了解其发病有关因素,为临床及时诊断治疗和预防提供参考。临床资料我科1987年1月~1988年2月共收住新生儿662例,对其中68例估计可能发生代谢
Hyponatremia refers to the serum sodium <130mEq / L caused by certain factors, is one of the common electrolyte disorders in the neonatal period.
