这个地毯式住宅群总户数为80户。住宅群外部设停车场和车库,内部有5个小广场,由小路通向各住户。广场下面是供暖设备用房和防空设施。住宅建筑密度达50％。为节约造价,住宅不设地下室。墙体和屋面由填混凝土的空心砖作成。住宅平面以入口处有小院子的Z型平面作为基本型,有C型D型两种。C型每户117-166平米,D型每户l37-146平米。 C型:由卧室和起居室形成直角形的平面并围成内院。卧室这一翼可以设在东、南、西三个方向。C41/2型每户117平米。 D型:卧室外侧设有车库,由起居室长短不同可将基本平
The total number of households in this carpeted house group is 80. There are parking lots and garages on the outside of the housing complex. There are 5 small squares inside, and the road leads to each household. Below the square are heating equipment rooms and air defense facilities. The density of residential buildings reaches 50%.
