今年我国的改革进入了全面推进、重点突破相结合的关键阶段,国家出台了财税、金融、外贸、价格以及建立现代企业制度一系列改革措施。完成这些任务一定会遇到许多问题和困难:新旧经济体制转换,会带来新旧观念的冲突和实际工作中的矛盾;各项改革措施的贯彻实施,会带来利弊伴生的局面;利益格局的调整,会带来连锁反应以及各项改革如何配套进行。改革措施出台的时机与力度如何把握,等等。
