广东省地处祖国南大门,毗邻港、澳。对外开放以后,广东省交通部门率先实行集资建桥,收费偿还,把商品经济引入桥路建设。近些年来,广东省借款用于公路桥梁建设的资金达81.24亿元,修建桥梁1200多座,总长73000多延米;新建、改建二级以上公路1800多公里。十年建桥超千座是广东省改革开放的十件大事之一。现就集资建桥收费偿还问题,结合近十年的实践进行探讨。
Guangdong Province is located in the southern gate of the motherland, adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao. After the opening up to the outside world, the transportation department of Guangdong Province took the lead in implementing fund-raising and bridge construction, paying fees and reimbursement, and introducing the commodity economy into the bridge construction. In recent years, Guangdong Province has borrowed 8.124 billion yuan for the construction of highway bridges and bridges, built more than 1,200 bridges and has a total length of over 73,000 meters. Newly built and reconstructed more than 1,800 kilometers of roads above the second grade. One of the ten major events in the reform and opening up in Guangdong Province is the construction of a bridge over the ten years.
