经历王正,黑龙江省著名语言文字专家,1931年生于哈尔滨市,曾任哈尔滨商业大学(前《黑龙江财专学报》)主编、教授(1992年离休)。1995年应聘为我省语言文字工作委员会专家,专门从事全省的语言文字社会应用咨询与研究工作。出版个人专著5部,主编著作20部,参编著作32部,为财政部颁教材审定4部。自工作以来,受到部、省、市、区表彰近30次,32篇论文获得省、部级奖项。其中,专著《实用文
