儿童孤独症(childhood autism)是一种发生在儿童早期、引起小儿全面发育障碍的心理疾病,本文将1993～1996年以来儿保门诊工作中诊治的10例孤独症患儿报道分析如下: 1 一般资料 10例患儿全部来自河北省的汉族儿童,其中男9例,女1例;年龄4～7岁,平均年龄5岁3个月;父母职业:机关干部5例,工人2例,父为科技人员、母为教师2例,父为工人、母为农民1例。因此,患儿基本都生活在城市。父母性格:父母双方或一方为内向性格的占8例,10例均为完整家庭,无精神病家族史;1例生后出现苍白窒息,1例因其母有习惯性流产史,故经药物保胎后足月分娩,余无特殊。
