1990年3月,我们西安矿业学院的16名青年教师奔赴山西晋城矿务局王台铺矿参加社会实践,于1991年元月初圆满完成实践锻炼任务。通过在基层一年的学习、工作和生活,我们实践队的全体同志在思想上、业务上都有较大的收获。由于种种原因,我们刚下矿时遇到不少困难:社会上对青年教工下矿锻炼众说纷纭,甚至有些工人以为我们是犯了错误才下来锻炼的;我们多数下矿人员对锻炼的目的也不太明确,有些同志抵触情绪较大;我们一同下矿的人员多、专业杂,这就给矿上安排吃、住和工作带来不少困难;晋城矿务局是我国的一个现
