Harmony produces a centripetal force. However, we have to admit that China’s real estate still has “security weakness” and “virtual fire in the market” on its journey to achieve “harmonious living”, “healthy property market” and “green building” , “House fat fat ” malpractice. Experts attending the 2008 ’Sixth China Summit Forum on Real Estate Economics said that in the future, buying houses by attracting people by flirting and fake advertisements will not work. Instead, they should be replaced by real quality and reasonable prices.
