企业集团资金管理的重点是统收统支拨付备用金、结算中心和财务公司等资金管理模式在不同集团内部运行的选择。其管理的具体措施主要包括:以企业集团价值增长为核心,搭建价值型资金管理架构;完善资金管理环境,防范战略风险。资金管理是企业管理中永恒的主题,需要参与各方共同努力。目前,国内对企业资金管理的研究大多针对单个企业,对企业集团资金控制的研究相对较少,因此,探索一条适合企业集团资金管理的有效途径很有必要。企业集团是一个实力雄厚的大型企业为核心,以产权联结为主要纽带,将多个企业、事业单位联结在一起的多级法人联合体,母子关系是其管理控制上的主要特征。资金集中和资金控制是企业集团资金管理的主导思想,研究和关注的重点在于统收统支、拨付备用金、结算中心和财务公司等资金管理模式在不同集团内部运行的选择。
The focus of enterprise group fund management is to collect and allocate funds and reserve funds, settlement centers and financial companies and other financial management models within the operation of different groups within the choice. Concentration of funds and control of funds are the dominant ideology of enterprise group fund management.
