1998年,是通化市实施《通化医药城建设规划纲要》的第三年。为更好地贯彻落实党的十五大和省委六届十次全会精神及全省经济工作会议精神,结合省委、省政府提出的“三个攻坚、一个工程”的要求,今年,要力争在发展医药经济方面有新突破。要进一步解放思想,深化医药企业改革,以调整优化医药行业所有制结构、组织结构、产品结构、人员结构为重点,从实际出发,创造性地开展工作,确保今年医药城建设目标的实现,使医药城建设取得实质性的进展。
