采用酶联免疫吸附试验,对原发性肝癌(PHC)36例及其一级亲族88人和对照38人进行了五项HBV感染标志的皿清学调查。结果显示;1、HBV总感染率、HBsAg、HBcAg和/或抗-HBc阳性率肝癌患者>患者亲族>对照(P<0.001),亲族中尤以患者同胞HBV感染率较高。提示肝癌家族内存在HBV感染聚集现象。2、肝癌组以HBsAg、抗-HBc和抗-HBc同时阳性等三种HBV感染模式(81.08%)为常见,暗示密切监测HBV感染标志和/或摸式改变,有助于预报和检出早期肝癌。
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were used to investigate the HBV infection markers in 36 primary liver cancer (PHC) patients, 88 first-degree relatives, and 38 control subjects. The results showed that: 1. HBV total infection rate, HBsAg, HBcAg and/or anti-HBc positive rate in patients with liver cancer> patient relatives> control (P<0.001), and the HBV infection rate was higher among relatives. It indicates that there is accumulation of HBV infection in the liver cancer family. 2. Three HBV infection patterns (81.08%), including HBsAg, anti-HBc, and anti-HBc, were common in the HCC group, suggesting that close monitoring of HBV infection signs and/or changes in patterns could help predict and detect early stages.
