目的 探讨综合护理在重型颅脑损伤病人护理中的应用.方法 将我院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的98例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组49例.对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予早期康复护理.比较两组护理前后NIHSS评分、GCS评分及并发症情况.结果 护理后,实验组NIHSS评分、GCS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05;并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 早期康复护理在重型颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用效果良好,能有效改善患者的神经状态,并发症发生率低,具有较高的推广价值.
