本文对使用胶黏剂对采用超塑成形/扩散连接工艺的钛合金零件表面沟槽的可行性进行了评估,以某钛合金气动面为例设计了填补沟槽的试验验证过程,试验结果表明使用胶黏剂对零件表面沟槽进行填补是可行的。
In this paper, the feasibility of using glue to evaluate the surface groove of titanium alloy parts by superplastic forming / diffusion bonding process was evaluated. The experimental verification process of filling grooves with a titanium alloy pneumatic surface was given. The experimental results show that It is possible to use glue to fill the groove on the part surface.
