面临如今严峻的就业环境,社会上出现了诸多企业用工荒、毕业大学生找不到工作的现象,并且经常可以发现很大一部分高职乃至本科学生在就业时,会因为各种原因被动选择非对口的职业岗位,没有真正地发挥自身所学的专业性知识。可是反观而言,整体上却反映了高职学生在校学习期间,并没有真正地提升自身的知识能力水平和个人素质,毕竟没有任何一个企业不希望聘用的员工能为自身创造更多效益。从中可以反映出如今的教学方式已经不适合社会环境所造成的岗位需求变化,启示各高职院校需要改进教学方法和内容,力求实践性、科学性和系统性,在遵循课程体系和课堂教学规律的前提下,引入多种教学方法,运用多元的教学方法和手段提升学生的学习能力。
