东北山葡萄是葡萄科植物野葡萄的果实,味酸而甜,主产于黑龙江、吉林等地山区,资源丰富。我们按中医“酸能收,能涩,甘能补,能和”的理论,将其果实鲜汁制成糖浆剂,经百余例的肝病临床观察,疗效显著。同时,我们还对山葡萄糖浆剂的制剂工艺和化学成分作了初步研究,现报道如下。一、制剂工艺1.原料品种主要品种为Vitis amurensis Ruprecht,还包括其近缘植物,如浅裂山葡萄(var. genuina Skv.)密圆锥花序山葡萄(f. compacta Skv.),长园锥花序山葡萄(f. elongata Skv.),深裂山葡萄(var. dissecta Skv.)等汁5种植物的新鲜果实。2.制剂工艺(1)原料的前处理:取新鲜完整的果粒,除去
