多抗甲素系从人口腔中分离的甲型链球菌(Alpha-hemolytic Strcptococci)经深层发酵分离,提取而得。通过分析多抗甲素水解液,其化学组成为蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类,若不经水解处理,则上述成份不被析出,因此,认为多抗甲素不存在游离的氨基酸及糖类。它是一种醣蛋类物质。结构尚在研究中,动物试验表明毒性小,经6年临床验证,未发现不良反应。醣蛋类物质的鉴别方法很多,免疫滴度法费时费力不适宜生产应用,而用α-萘酚试剂、Fehling试剂、本尼地试剂、茚三酮试剂、鞣酸沉淀剂等对多抗甲素鉴别,究竟何种试剂专属性最强,我们进行了实验与探讨。
Polyclonal A is isolated from human mouth by Alpha-hemolytic Strcptococci and isolated by deep fermentation. Through the analysis of the polylysin A hydrolyzate, its chemical composition is protein, amino acid, and carbohydrate. If it is not hydrolyzed, the above-mentioned components are not precipitated. Therefore, it is considered that there is no free amino acid and sugar in poly-resistant A. It is a sugar egg material. The structure is still under study. Animal experiments show that the toxicity is small. After 6 years of clinical validation, no adverse reactions have been found. There are many methods for the identification of sugar-containing substances. The immunotitration method is time-consuming and labor-intensive. It is not suitable for production and application. Instead, α-naphthol reagent, Fehling reagent, Benedict reagent, ninhydrin reagent, and citric acid precipitant are used for multi-resistance. The identification of the factors, what exactly the most specific reagents, we conducted experiments and discussions.
