省委、省政府同意省经贸委拟制的《四川省工业结构调整规划纲要》,现批转给你们,请结合本地、本部门实际,认真贯彻执行。调整工业结构,用高新技术改造和提升传统产业,大力培育和发展新兴产业,实现工业经济持续、健康、快速发展,是省委、省政府贯彻党的十五届四中全会精神和中央关于实施西部大开发战略的重大决策。实施工业结构调整规划,不仅对振兴四川工业经济,而且对实施四川经济结构战略性调整,促进全省经济发展都具有十分重要的意义。我们一定要增强加快工业发展的使命感和责任感,艰苦奋斗,厉精图治,以改革为动力,努力探索新思路、新方法、新机制,实现四川工业经济跨越式发展。
