According to Tian Changlin, former University of California’s Academician of Foreign Affairs and former president of the University of California at Berkeley on June 4th in the “Zhongguancun Youth Innovation Forum” speech, it is nanotechnology that will promote the new wave of technology. He said that President Clinton delivered an important speech at the California Institute of Technology on January 21 this year, which listed information, biology, and nanotechnology as the three main directions for the development of science and technology in the United States.
