巴中地区烟草专卖局(分公司)成立于1993年底,辖通江、南江、平昌、巴中四个县市烟草公司。组建初期,全区烟草行业全面亏损,总额达2974万元,尤其是平昌县烟草公司亏损1500万元,资产负债率达196%,濒临破产,全区行业问题成堆,管理混乱,生产经营困难重重,步履蹒跚。巴中分公司党组一班人,带领全区员工,在省局(公司)和地委、行署的正确领导下,发扬“苦干、实干”的巴中精神,通过调整充实领导班子,改革干部任用和劳动用工制度,理顺生产经营秩序,制定完善规章制度等一系列有效措施,推进行业工作的全面进步,全区烟草行业不但甩掉了沉重的挂帐亏损包袱,走出了困境,还在各项工作中取得了令人瞩目的成绩。全区累计实现利润2956万元,累计上缴国家税费4206万元,职工收入稳定增加,生产、生活环境逐步改善,企业焕发出活力

The tobacco industry in the region has not only shaken off a heavy burden of losses, but also out of the woods. We have also made remarkable achievements in various tasks. The region’s accumulative total profit was 29.56 million yuan, and cumulative national taxes and fees were paid for 42.06 million yuan. Staff and workers’ income increased steadily, and the production and living environment gradually improved.
