一期工程投资50多亿元的国家重点建设项目——贵州瓮福矿肥基地,经过全体建设者六年多的奋战,矿山项目已建成投产,肥厂项目已全面施工,以瓮福矿肥基地为主体改制组建的贵州宏福实业开发有限总公司生产经营顺利展开,一个现代化大型磷矿肥基地在苗岭山间崛起。瓮福矿肥基地是国家为解决农业上台阶,在“八五”期间建设的五个磷矿肥基地之一。按国家规划将分期建成最终规模年采选原矿750万吨的磷矿山、年产120万吨的磷肥厂,以及6～12万吨黄磷及其他精细化工项目。目前正在建设的一期工程,包括年采选250万吨原矿的磷矿山和年产80万吨的磷肥厂。矿山项目投资概算14.15亿元。其中世行贷款5805万美元,于1990年11月开工建设;肥厂项目投资概算近40亿
The first phase of the project has invested more than 5 billion yuan in a national key construction project - the Guizhou Fufu Mineral Fertilizer Base. After all the builders have fought for more than six years, the mine project has been completed and put into production, and the fertilizer plant project has been fully constructed, with the Yongfu Mineral Fertilizer. The production and operation of the Guizhou Hongfu Industrial Development Co., Ltd., the base for which the main body was restructured, proceeded smoothly, and a large-scale modern phosphate fertiliser base rose in Miaoling Mountains. Yanfu Mineral Fertilizer Base is one of the five phosphate mineral fertilizer bases built by the state during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period to solve the agricultural problem. According to the national plan, the project will be completed in phases with a final scale. The annual selection of 7.5 million tons of phosphorus mines, 1.2 million tons of phosphate fertilizer plants, and 6-12 million tons of yellow phosphorus and other fine chemical projects will be selected. The first phase of the project currently under construction includes the mining of 2.5 million tons of ore in the phosphate mine and the annual production of 800,000 tons of phosphate fertilizer plant. The investment estimate for the mine project is 1.415 billion yuan. The World Bank loan of US$58.05 million was started construction in November 1990; the estimated investment of the fertilizer plant is nearly 4 billion.
