观察血脂平对大鼠实验性高胆固醇血症的防治效果,用固醇平衡法分析了其作用机理——抑制肝脏胆固醇的合成,促进胆固醇降解成胆汁酸排出体外。
To observe the effect of Xuezhiping on experimental hypercholesterolemia in rats, and its mechanism of action was analyzed by sterol balance method - inhibiting the synthesis of hepatic cholesterol and promoting the cholesterol degradation to bile acid excretion.
