12月2日,黑龙江省散装水泥工作会议在省人大培训中心召开。省散办主任郭涛出席会议并作工作报告。来自全省各市地、县(市)散办主任、省农垦、森工、大庆油田散办主任参加了会议。哈尔滨市、齐齐哈尔市、大庆市、富裕县散办在会上作了经验交流,省散办与各地市散办和省农垦、森工、大庆油田散办在会上签订了2015年发展散装水泥责任状。省散办副主任任志斌主持会议。
