1选育过程大白菜品种菜优5号母本97-5-1-4-5是利用浙江省农科院的早熟5号F2代分离植株,连续5年进行定向系统选择,将分离出的株系97-5-1花期自交进行不亲和性测定获得了自交不亲和株,S1、S2代用全轮配法测定株间不亲和性,S3、S4代采用混合花粉法测定系内亲和指数,按亲和指数低、性状优良为选育目标
