目的 :评价双聚焦超声热固化技术在治疗乳腺癌中的疗效和安全性 ,并探索在保乳治疗中的可行性。方法 :本研究 30例患者分为手术组 (HIFU +乳房单切或改良根治术 ) 2 2例和 HIFU保乳组 8例 ,进行双聚焦超声热固化治疗 ,再从手术活检或穿刺组织学病理、免疫组化、影像学检查进行评价分析。结果 :HIFU能从体外适形破坏乳腺癌病灶 ,有效率手术组达 10 0 % ,保乳组达 80 % ;免疫功能测定 CD4 + ,CD4 + / CD8+ 从治疗前 4 5± 3%、 1.2 3± 0 .4到治疗后 5 5± 4 %、 1.6 5± 0 .4有显著性差异 ,无一例发生严重并发症。结论 :双聚焦超声热固化在乳腺癌局部治疗中是有效、安全的 ,具有临床可行性。比其他类型海扶治疗仪更具有优越性 ,在术前降期和保乳治疗中很有前途
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of dual-focus ultrasound thermosetting in the treatment of breast cancer and to explore the feasibility of breast-conserving treatment. Methods: Thirty patients in this study were divided into two groups: operation group (HIFU + unilateral mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy) and HIFU breast conserving group (n = 8). The patients were treated with dual-focus ultrasound hyperthermia. , Immunohistochemistry, imaging examination for evaluation analysis. Results: HIFU could destroy the lesions of breast cancer from conformal in vitro, the effective operation group reached 100% and the protection group reached 80%. The immune function of CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + cells increased from 4 ± 3% and 1.2 3 ± 0.4 after treatment to 54 ± 4%, 1.6 5 ± 0.4, there are significant differences, no case of serious complications. Conclusion: BIFS is effective and safe in the local treatment of breast cancer and is clinically feasible. More superior than other types of Haifu apparatus, it is promising in preoperative down and breast conserving treatment
