在湿化学共沉淀法制备超细微粉工艺过程中,团聚问题是一个常见也是难以解决的问题,而湿凝胶表面的吸附水是团聚产生的一个主要原因。文章采用非均相共沸蒸馏法以正丁醇为夹带剂对水合氢氧化锆凝胶进行脱水,克服了粉体硬团聚的形成。经干燥,煅烧后成功地制成了氧化锆纳米晶微粉(dTEM=20nm)。
In the wet chemical coprecipitation process for preparing ultrafine powders, the agglomeration problem is a common and difficult problem to be solved, and the adsorbed water on the wet gel surface is a major cause of agglomeration. In this paper, heterogeneous azeotropic distillation was used to dehydrate the hydrated zirconium hydroxide gel with n-butanol as entrainer to overcome the formation of powder hard agglomeration. After drying and calcining, zirconia nanocrystalline micropowder (dTEM = 20nm) was successfully fabricated.
