本文分析脑系列γ照相对93例脑血管病的诊断结果,总检出率为65.6％,其中以脑供血不足,脑梗塞及脑血管畸形较高(平均达80％),短暂性脑缺血发作最低(12.5％)。本文还将脑系列γ照相与部分X线脑血管造影及CT检查结果做了对照及评价;对脑系列γ照相的适应症进行了讨论。
