杜兴氏肌营养不良(Duchenne musculardystrophy)是一种与性染色体有关的病变,致病因子是携带在X染色体上。因此,为了能够对发生过本病的家庭提供遗传学方面的咨询,确定有染色体病变的无症状女性携带者是极为重要的。
Duchenne muscular dystrophy is a sex-chromosome-related lesion that is carried on the X chromosome. Therefore, in order to be able to provide genetic counseling to families that have developed this disease, it is of paramount importance to identify asymptomatic female carriers of chromosomal disorders.
