叠层材料是一种先进的复合材料,阶跃式变参数振动钻削新工艺最适合于加工新型叠层材料。在单材料优化振动钻削实验的基础上,进行了两种叠层材料按优化值变参数的振动钻削实验。实验得出,阶跃式变参数振动钻削效果明显优于相应条件下的普通钻削。
Laminated material is an advanced composite material, step-by-step parametric vibration drilling new technology is most suitable for the processing of new laminated materials. Based on the single material optimized vibration drilling experiment, the vibration drilling experiments of two kinds of laminated materials according to the optimized values were carried out. The experimental results show that the step variable parameter vibration drilling is obviously better than the ordinary drilling under the corresponding conditions.
