Determination of trace elements in blood Selenium has always been an analytical interest. The application of graphite platform technology and matrix improvers greatly reduces the physical and chemical interference of the matrix. The authors investigated the effect of various graphite platforms and matrix modifiers on the determination of trace selenium in serum and how to improve the assay sensitivity of selenium. Experiments show that the type of graphite platform is an important factor affecting the atomic state of selenium. Compared with the other two platforms, the atomized state of selenium can be stabilized by the tantalum coated graphite platform. Selenium determination sensitivity will vary with the matrix improvers to chromium as a selenium matrix improver than nickel to good, not only high sensitivity, and the atomic state is relatively stable.
