多年来,在投掷铁饼以及其他项目的教学中,由于思想认识没有跟上形势发展、对各运动项目技术特点又缺乏深入研究,教学方法改进不大,因而在教学中存在脱离中学实际,重技术、技能传授,忽视思想品德培养和两个能力的培育,基本知识技能传授中也还存在重点、难点抓不准等现象。针对上述情况,我们在81级铁饼教学中采取了下列措施,取得了较好的教学效果。
