高考是政策性、学术性很强的工作,是影响深远的一件大事。我们认为根据党的教育方针,高考应遵循“科学、合理、可行”的原则,力求达到“全面考核,择优录取,减轻负担,简化手续,有利教学”的要求。针对我国现状,结合国外经验,特对高考分类、科目设置与计分比例提出如下改革设想,供参考。仍采用全国一次统考的方式,但分两个阶段进行。
College entrance examination is a policy, highly academic work, is a far-reaching event. In our opinion, according to the party’s education policy, the college entrance examination should follow the principle of “science, rationality and practicability” and strive to meet the requirements of “comprehensive examination, selective admission, lightening of burden, simplification of procedures and favorable teaching”. In view of the status quo in our country, combined with foreign experience, especially on the college entrance examination classification, subject setting and scoring ratio put forward the following reform ideas for reference. Still using a national examination of the way, but in two stages.
