漫湾电厂是云南省第一座百万千瓦级的大电站,目前担负着云南电力系统近三分之一的负荷电量,是云南电网最大的骨干电厂,电厂自身的安全对系统的安全稳定运行有着举足轻重的作用。1997年3月我厂通过了部级安全文明生产达标验收后,瞄准了更高目标——本世纪末跨入社会主义一流水电厂行列。漫湾电厂大部分主设备均是国产设备,国产设备创一流,难度大,要求高。而减人增效实行“无人值班,少人值守”后,对传统的安全管理提出了新的课题。下面笔者对面临的新问题以及如何进一步加强安全生产管理工作谈几点个人看法。
Manwan Power Plant is the first million kilowatt-class large power station in Yunnan Province. Currently it is responsible for nearly one-third of Yunnan’s power system load. It is the largest backbone power plant in Yunnan Power Grid. The safety of the power plant’s own system is stable and safe. Has a decisive role. In March 1997, our factory passed the acceptance inspection of ministerial-level safe and civilized production, and aimed at a higher goal. At the end of this century, we entered the ranks of first-class social power plants. Most of the main facilities of Manwan Power Plant are domestically-made equipment. The domestic-made equipment is first class, and it is difficult and demanding. The reduction of people and efficiency in the implementation of “unattended, few people on duty,” put forward a new topic of traditional security management. Below, the author discusses several new personal issues and how to further strengthen safety production management.
