云南省小潭发电厂对中层干部两年一次的定期考核,从1996年8月22日开始,到11月29日结束,历时3个多月。考核工作在党委的领导下进行,党委书记、副书记亲自挂帅,抽调党性强,作风正的十多名干部参加,分三个组对全厂中层干部进行考核。参加这次考核干部的职工496人,有职工代表、工会小组长、工会委员、党员、党小组长、党支部委员、团支部书记、管理干部、工人等绝大多数骨干。
The two-year regular assessment of the middle-level cadres of the Xiaotan Power Plant in Yunnan Province began on August 22, 1996 and ended on November 29, which lasted for more than three months. The appraisal work was conducted under the leadership of the party committee. Party secretary and deputy secretaries personally led the game, and drawn more than a dozen cadres who had strong party spirit and good style. Three groups evaluated the middle-level cadres of the whole factory. There were 496 employees participating in the assessment of the cadre, including the majority of staff members, trade union team leaders, trade union members, party members, party leader, party branch members, secretary of the Communist Youth League branch, management cadres, and workers.
