采用199培养基体外培养人胃粘膜上皮细胞，探讨健脾益胃汤对胃粘膜上皮细胞生长代谢的影响。3H－TdR掺入法测定结果表明,健脾益胃汤及其中9种单味药和对照组每分钟放射性核素闪烁记数值（min－1）分别为9458.2±2428.4、9600.8±2875.1和4924.4±1662.8（P＜0．01）；改良李氏法测定胃蛋白酶结果证实健脾益胃汤、5种单味药和对照组胃蛋白酶的考量分别为（0．52±0．14）、（0．50±0．10）和0．38±0．08）U／h（P＜0.05）；全方、7种单味药和对照组培养上清液PH值分别为5．71±1．22、5．49±1．06和6．90±1．59（P＜0．05）。提示健脾益胃汤有促进胃粘膜上皮细胞增殖、泌酸、泌胃蛋白酶的作用。
Human gastric epithelial cells were cultured in vitro using 199 medium to investigate the effect of Jianpi Yiwei Decoction on the growth and metabolism of gastric epithelial cells. The results of 3H-TdR incorporation assay showed that the radionuclide scintillation minutes (min-1) values of 9458.2±2428.4, 9600.8±2875.1, and 4924.4±, respectively, for Jianpi Yiwei Decoction and its 9 single-taste drugs and control group were respectively. 1662.8 (P<0.01); Modified Lee’s method for determination of pepsin The results confirmed that the pepsin of Jianpi Yiwei Decoction, the five single herbs, and the control group was (0.52±0.14), (0 .50±0.10) and 0.38±0.08)U/h (P<0.05); the pH values of the culture supernatants of the whole, 7 single-flavored and control groups were 5.71±1. 22.5.49±1.06 and 6.90±1.59 (P<0.05). Tips Jianpi Yiwei Decoction can promote gastric epithelial cell proliferation, oxyntic acid, pepsin.
