随着社会的进步和经济的发展,行业对中等职业学校毕业生的需求越来越大,国家对中职教育的扶持工作也逐步推进。在职业教育人才培养过程中,只有建立工学结合人才培养模式,才能提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争实力。所以,在工学结合教育模式下,如何使迅速增长的中职毕业生面向企业,面向社会,是适应社会的发展和需要,如何做好中职学生的实习管理,是中等职业学校发展的需要。因此,在工学结合教育模式下实习管理教师在中职学生的实习管理工作中起着举足轻重的作用。
With the progress of society and economic development, the demand for secondary vocational school graduates in the industry is getting larger and larger, and the state’s support for secondary vocational education is also progressively promoted. In the training process of vocational education, only by building a combination of work and study can we improve the overall quality of students and the competitiveness of employment. Therefore, under the mode of combination of work and study, how to make the rapidly growing secondary vocational graduates face the enterprises and the society is to meet the development and needs of the society? How to do well the practice management of secondary vocational students is the need of secondary vocational schools. Therefore, internship management teachers play an important role in the internship management of secondary vocational students in the mode of combination of work and study.
