中国共产党自1921年诞生至党的十八,大先后制定、修正过18次党章。中国共产党在新民主主义时期制定过七部党章。其中一大到六大制定的六部党章,都是在共产国际直接指导帮助下制定的,反映出中国共产党幼年时期党的建设的一些特点。1945年七大制定的党章,则是在1943年共产国际解散后由中国共产党独立自主制定的,标志着中国共产党在政治上和党的建设上的完全成熟。
Since the birth of the Chinese Communist Party from 1921 to the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC has formulated and amended 18 party constitutions successively. The Communist Party of China has formulated seven party constitutions during the period of New Democracy. One of the six major constitutions of the six parties, all formulated with the help of the Communist International directly, reflects some of the characteristics of the party’s construction in the early years of the Communist Party of China. The constitutions of the seven major constitutions of 1945 were enacted by the Chinese Communist Party independently after the dissolution of the Communist International in 1943, marking the complete maturity of the CPC in politics and party building.
