民主集中制是我们党的根本组织制度和领导制度,是科学的合理的有效率的制度。我们党70多年的历史证明,只有严格执行民主集中制,才能使全党在事关人民根本利益的重大问题上形成共识,达到思想上、政治上的高度统一;才能纪律严明,团结合作,实现组织上、行动上的高度统一;才能保证决策的正确性和实施的有效性,从根本上密切党同人民群众的联系。民主集中制反映了党的领导和党的建设的内在规律,是加强党的领导和党的建设的法宝。
Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational system and leadership system of our party and a reasonable and efficient system of science. The history of our party for over 70 years proves that only by strictly implementing democratic centralism can the entire party reach consensus on major issues concerning the fundamental interests of the people and achieve a high degree of ideological and political unity so as to achieve the goal of being highly disciplined and uniting and cooperating so as to achieve Organization and action; can we ensure the correctness of decision-making and the effectiveness of its implementation and fundamentally increase the ties between the party and the masses of the people?
