国防生培养模式是按照依托培养的客观规律、基本特点和实践要求等,构建一个全面性、前瞻性、实践性于一体的结构体系。经过13年国防生培养实践,我军还没有形成符合依托培养特点的国防生培养模式,这个问题不解决必然影响国防生培养的健康发展。本文针对依托培养的从属性、融合性和定向性,对国防生的管理教育、教学实习、军政训练等模式进行了探讨。本文提出的这些内容相互联系、相互影响、相互依赖,形成一个严密的系统,从宏观上和微观上为我军深入开展国防生培养提供决策参考。
The training model for national defense students is to construct a comprehensive, forward-looking and practical structural system in accordance with the objective laws, basic characteristics and practical requirements of relying on training. After 13 years of training national defense students, our military has not yet formed a national training model that fits the characteristics of relying on training. This issue, which is not resolved, will inevitably affect the healthy development of national defense students. Based on the dependency, integration and orientation of training, this paper explores the mode of management education, teaching practice and military training of national defense students. The contents proposed in this paper are interrelated, interdependent and interdependent, forming a tight system, providing a macro-and micro-level decision-making reference for our military to further develop national defense students.
