人补体与HIV-1相互作用导致补体系统被激活和C_3裂解片段在HIV-1表面沉积,借助补体受体(CR),被调理的HIV得以进入CR ̄+细胞,引起细胞感染。对这一新的HIV感染途径的认识不仅有助于研究HIV的致病机理,也有利于推动艾滋病治疗方式的发展,本文拟就有关问题作一综述。
Human complement interacts with HIV-1, resulting in the activation of the complement system and the deposition of C_3 cleavage fragments on the surface of HIV-1. With the help of the complement receptor (CR), the conditioned HIV enters CR cells and causes cellular infections. Recognition of this new HIV infection pathway not only helps to study the pathogenesis of HIV, but also helps to promote the development of AIDS treatment. This article intends to review the relevant issues.
