目的探讨尤瑞克林用于改善前循环急性脑梗死患者侧支循环的临床疗效。方法将2016年3月~2017年3月在某院神经内科治疗的120例初发急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组及观察组,每组60例,对照组采用常规西医治疗方案,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用尤瑞克林治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、脑部血流量改善情况、血清前列环素(PGI2)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及神经功能缺损情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为76.67%、侧支循环开放率为73.33%,对照组治疗有效率为65%、侧支循环开放率为51.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患侧大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)血流速度明显高于对照组,治疗后脑血流量(CBF)、脑血容量(CBV)、峰值时间(TTP)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清PGI2和NO水平较对照组改善不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林用于改善前循环急性脑梗死患者侧支循环有显著效果,能有效改善缺血半暗带的血液灌注,减轻脑组织的受损程度,促进神经功能的恢复,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of erilecin in improving collateral circulation in patients with anterior circulation cerebral infarction. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 120 patients with newly diagnosed acute cerebral infarction who were treated in neurology department of a hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. Conclusion The use of uracil for improving collateral circulation in patients with prodromic acute cerebral infarction has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the blood perfusion in ischemic penumbra, reduce the damage of brain tissue and promote the recovery of nerve function, with positive Clinical significance.
