目的研究梅毒筛查阳性献血者中生殖器溃疡病原体。方法收集梅毒筛查阳性献血者样本和人口地理学信息,提取核酸DNA,利用荧光定量技术检测病原体核酸。结果在1 679份样本中共发现37份梅毒DNA和33份HSV DNA阳性样品,其中HSV-1 20份,HSV-2 13份。梅毒螺旋体DNA阳性率为2.20%,HSV DNA阳性率1.97%其中HSV-1 1.19%和HSV-2 0.77%,并未发现H.ducreyi阳性样本。核酸阳性献血者多为男性,首次献血者,初中及初中以下文化程度。发现2份共感染样本。结论梅毒血液筛查不合格的献血者中存在一定感染生殖器溃疡病原体的风险应引起相关重视。
Objective To study the genital ulcer pathogens in syphilis screening positive donors. Methods Collecting blood samples and population geography of positive donors for syphilis screening, extracting nucleic acid DNA and detecting nucleic acid of pathogen by fluorescence quantitative method. Results A total of 37 samples of syphilis and 33 samples of HSV DNA were found in 1 679 samples, including 20 HSV-1 and 13 HSV-2. The positive rate of Treponema pallidum DNA was 2.20%, the positive rate of HSV DNA was 1.97%, HSV-1 1.19% and HSV-2 0.77%. No positive H.ducreyi samples were found. Most of the positive blood donors were male, the first blood donors, junior high school and junior high school education level. Two co-infected samples were found. Conclusion There is a certain risk of infection with genital ulcer pathogens in blood donors who failed screening of syphilis blood.
