“非机械制冷低温仓储藏保鲜大米和糙米试验”课题,是云南省科委下达的重点科研项目.该项研究将地槽机械通风降温技术与机械制冷粮库的隔热保冷结构有机地结合起来,实现了全年低温储粮,取得了理想的防霉、防虫、保鲜的效果,是一项新型的储粮保鲜技术. 该项新技术充分利用了自然低温条件,具有投资少,耗能低,节约费用等特点,能够在短期内有效地降低储粮温度和长期维持低温储粮状态,有效地保持大米和糙米的新鲜度及良好的食用品质,并能够较好地抑制粮食微生物和储粮害虫的生长繁殖,提高储粮稳定性,并避免了有毒化学药剂熏蒸害虫时损害粮食品质的现象和用药杀虫时不当所造成的污染粮食. 因此,本项研究结果,在确保国家粮库大米等成品粮食安全储藏,保持大米和糙米的新鲜度及良好的食用品质,延缓粮食陈化,保障城镇人民吃上品质较好、卫生的大米等项工作中,不但具有显著的社会效益,而且具有较大的经济效益.
