近期,中国银行业协第二届中国银行业客户服务中心“客服明星”评选活动获奖名单揭晓。此次活动历时7个月,覆盖43家会员银行的56家客户服务中心、总计44202名基层员工。按照《中国银行业客户服务中心“客服明星”评选办法》要求,经过周密部署、认真组织和扎实推进,并通过层层推荐、资料审核及专家现场评审、调听录音等选拔工作,确保了评选活动的公平、公正、公开进行,最终评选出第二届中国银行业客户服务中心“最佳客服明星”20名,获奖名单如下:
