The party Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary, adhering to Deng Xiaoping Theory and “Three Represents ” as the guidance, has put forward a series of major strategic ideas including the scientific concept of development and building a socialist harmonious society. These new ideas are the new conclusion of our party to the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the new situation and the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxism. On the occasion of the successful convocation of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, exploring the party’s innovative theoretical achievements since the 16th CPC Congress is of great significance to arming the mind, guiding practice and promoting the work.
