百合,又名山百合、药百合。以鳞茎供食用或药用,是润肺止咳,精心安神的保健食品。近年来,在国内外市场货源紧张,价格上扬,鲜货每公斤3.5～4元,干货16～18元。一般亩产鲜百合1500～2000公斤,干百合400公斤左右,亩产值7000元左右,纯收入在5000元以上。根据我公司近几年的种植经验,须注意如下几点:一、掌握生长习性百合为多年生草本植物,株高70～150厘米,花期5～8月,果期8～10月,性喜温暖湿润环境,稍凉地区也能生长,要求土层深厚,疏松肥沃,排水良好的夹沙土或腐殖质土。忌连作,
