本文首次报告在中国人的ψβ_1和ε球蛋白基因中及其旁侧序列中存在三个多态性HincⅡ酶切位点。用含入ψβ_1序列的重组质粒PP3.9的BglⅡ和Xbal双酶解片段(1.8kb)作为探针,与正常人DNA的HincⅡ酶解片段行sou thern印迹杂交,所得杂交自显影图谱上可呈现7.6kb,6.0kb和3.0kb等条带,此系ψβ_1基因之中及
We report for the first time that there are three polymorphic Hinc II cleavage sites in the ψβ_1 and ε globin genes and their flanking sequences in Chinese. The BglII and Xbal double digestion fragment (1.8kb) containing the recombinant plasmid PP3.9 with ψβ_1 sequence was used as a probe to hybridize with the HnaII digested fragment of normal human DNA by sou thern blot. 7.6kb, 6.0kb and 3.0kb and other bands, which is the ψβ_1 gene and
