报告耳郭蔓状血管瘤8例,此瘤的治疗比较困难,术前结扎供瘤主要动脉,瘤区注射硬化剂(10％明矾)可以减少术中出血。
Reported 8 cases of auricular hemangioma, the treatment of this tumor is difficult, preoperative ligation for the main arterial tumor, tumor area injection of sclerosing agent (10% alum) can reduce intraoperative bleeding.
