最近以来,由于相继发现一些癌基因(onc)的产物与生物体内一些具有正常生理功能的物质有相似关系,使得这方面的工作成为Onc研究中的又一个前沿,人们期望通过对Onc产物的深入了解阐明Ooc作用的机制,从而在分子水平上搞清楚肿瘤的发生机理。本文着重从Onc与生长因子的关系方面对近期的研究进展作一综述,并简要介绍与正常生理功能有关的Onc其它产物的研究工作。
Recently, due to the successive discovery that some oncogene products have similar relations with some substances in the organism with normal physiological functions, this work has become another frontier in Onc’s research. People expect to deepen the product of Onc. Learn to elucidate the mechanism of Ooc action, so as to understand the mechanism of tumor occurrence at the molecular level. This article focuses on the recent research progress in the relationship between Onc and growth factors, and briefly introduces the research work on Onc other products related to normal physiological functions.
