近年来,住宅建筑的楼面板和屋面板,已由现浇砼板代替了预制砼空心板,房屋的结构整体性和抗震性能都有了很大的提高。但是,由于混凝土收缩应力、温度影响、砖混结构施工的特殊性等因素,部分新建住宅楼房的现浇砼楼板出现不同程度的裂缝,并呈现出逐年增多的趋势。住宅建筑现浇砼楼板裂缝问题,已逐渐成为住宅建设的质量通病,必须采取综合措施,予以有效防治,避免在今后新建住宅中继续产生。防治现浇砼楼板裂缝,是当前提高住宅建设工程质量,消除住宅质量隐患的重要工作。本文主要针对现浇砼楼板裂缝及砌体结构裂缝进行分析讨论,以期起到提高建筑工程质量的作用。
In recent years, floor slabs and roof slabs of residential buildings have replaced cast-in-place hollow slabs with cast-in-place concrete slabs. The structural integrity and seismic performance of houses have greatly improved. However, due to factors such as concrete shrinkage stress, temperature, and the special construction of brick-concrete structures, the cast-in-place concrete floor slabs of some newly-built residential buildings have cracks of varying degrees and tend to increase year by year. The problem of cracking cast-in-place floor slabs in residential buildings has gradually become a common problem in the quality of residential construction. Comprehensive measures must be taken to effectively prevent and control them from occurring in the future. Preventing cracks in cast-in-place concrete floors is an important task in improving the quality of housing construction projects and eliminating the hidden dangers of housing quality. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the cracks of cast-in-place concrete floor slabs and the cracks of masonry structure, in order to improve the quality of the construction project.
