目的了解佳木斯市布病疫情动态、流行规律,为预测布病流行趋势、制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法用虎红平板凝集实验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)进行血清学检测。结果 2012—2014年共检测疑似布病患者1 173人,阳性数为607人,总阳性率为51.75%,不同年份阳性率之间经过χ2检验,差异无统计学意义(P=0.17)。佳木斯市全年均有发病,主要集中在4—8月,高峰在6月。性别分布,男:女=2.81:1,阳性患者年龄主要分布在30~60岁之间,50~59岁年龄组阳性率最高,为60.63%,职业分布以农村牛、羊养殖户为主,共426人,占发病总数的70.18%。结论2012—2014年佳木斯市布病疫情平稳,多发季节为4—8月,以男性牛羊养殖户为主,应加强此季节重点人群的防治。
Objective To understand the dynamic and epidemic patterns of brucellosis in Jiamusi city and provide scientific evidence for predicting the prevalence of brucellosis and formulating prevention and control measures. Methods Serum tests were performed using tiger red plate agglutination test (RBPT) and tube agglutination test (SAT). Results A total of 1 173 patients with suspected brucellosis were detected in 2012-2014, with a positive number of 607. The total positive rate was 51.75%. There was no significant difference between the positive rates in different years (χ2 test) (P = 0.17). Jiamusi incidence all year round, mainly in April-August, the peak in June. Gender distribution, male: female = 2.81: 1, the age of positive patients mainly distributed between 30 to 60 years old, 50 to 59 age group the highest positive rate of 60.63%, occupational distribution to rural cattle and sheep farmers, A total of 426 people, accounting for 70.18% of the total incidence. Conclusion The epidemic situation of brucellosis in Jiamusi City was stable from April to August in 2012-2014, mainly to male cattle and sheep farmers, and prevention and treatment of key populations in this season should be strengthened.
